The Staff Internal Auditor will:
Assist in auditing, documenting, and tracking as well as reporting on subsidiary and headquarters activities relating to compliance with Section 404 of the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Help develop and execute test procedures to validate control design and operating effectiveness and will make recommendations and provide feedback to management on findings, focusing on strengthening internal controls, quality and efficiency. Perform periodic royalty audits. Works with management on special projects such as operational or compliance issues as needed.
